HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Easton's Halloween parade.
I thought he was going to be black spiderman but he decided to be Wolverine at the last minute. Travis took him to school so i was looking all around for black spiderman and couldn't find him!

He was in a spot where I couldn't see him but he found me and gave me a thumbs up so I snapped a picture real quick.
He loves his teacher Mrs. Cranford
Brighten's Halloween parade

Her teacher Mrs. Coombs is the best teacher ever!!!

Cooper wasn't to thrilled about getting dressed up!
Daddy and the kids getting ready to go trick-or-treating
Oh poor little guy! His costume was just like pj's but he wasn't having it!
He was Bumble Bee at the ward party and saw a kid that was Megatron. He was like 9 or something and Easton totally got into character and wanted to fight. He went after the kid and the kid took his mask off and ran! It was hilarious!
Brighten made me put a heart on her cheek so everyone would know she was a good devil and not a bad one!

Cooper's Blessing and more:)

Daddy gave a beautiful blessing. There were 4 other baby blessings that day and we went last. Cooper was such a good boy on his special day.

This is daddy special way that he snuggles with our kids when they are babies. When Cooper was still in my tummy Travis use to say he couldn't wait to have him sleep on his chest.
Now that is one happy daddy:)
My grandpa took such a cute picture of my family on this special day and I didn't get it flipped the right way so I couldn't post it! I was so sad! Oh well.

HALLOWEEN FUN
Daddy took the kids out to get a treat and this is what they picked. I remember always picking these when I was a kid too.

Cousin Max and Aunt JoJo came out to visit for 2 weeks. The kids love each other so much and had so much fun playing together every day.

The boys in their super hero suits! So cute!
Grandma Joye took us to pick out pumpkins. We all had so much fun painting them.

They turned out great!
Our family drive up the canyon to see the pretty leaves.

The kids had to get out and make a snowball.
Cooper enjoyed the trip! He just slept the whole time:)

A few cute pictures of Cooper. He is getting so big!
My friend Camille got him this little outfit so I had to put him in it! He was okay for about five minutes and then he got ticked off. He looks so funny in it! I just want to kiss his face off!
I think he is getting enough to eat don't you? His new nick name is MOTO MOTO!
Some people say he looks like Travis but I think he looks like me in this one! haha!
They love him soooooooo much!
So I'm not watching for 2 seconds and this is what happens! Easton turns him brother into spiderman!
Easton came downstairs looking like this the other day. He said he was Optimus Prime. I just love boys! They crack me up! It took everything I had not to laugh because he was so serious! haha!

I got Coopers baby pictures taken and family pictures taken so I'll post them next time! Sorry my posts are so long. I still don't have the Internet so I just come and do it at my in laws every now and then so I just jam 5 posts into one. Oh well, its better than nothing right?

Funny kids!

I just have to take a minute to write down these funny things that my kids did last week because they crack me up at this age and I don't ever want to forget how much they make me laugh! So first I'll start with Easton. Out of the blue the other night he said, " mom do you think that I should have a girlfriend?" And I said, "I don't know buddy what do you think?" And he said, "well this girl came up to me and asked me if I would be her boyfriend." Trying to hold back the laughter I said, "oh really, what was her name?" And he said, " it was Hannah Montana and I told her when I grow up and am 10 like her we can get married!" LOL!!!!! I love him at this age! He is such a funny kid! Now for my little emotional child. We were all in the car driving home from grandmas and I was looking at facebook on travs phone. All of the sudden I started freaking out because I suddenly realized that I was friends with Taylor Swift on facebook! I was like no way guys I'm totally friends with Taylor Swift! Hahaha Anyways I was being a nerd and acting like we were totally best friends trying to make my husband laugh. The whole thing just broke Brightens heart and she didn't understand why Taylor Swift was friends with me but not with her. So I triend to explain to her how facebook works but how do you explain that to a 6 year old? When we got home she took off to her room. I called up to her to come here and she broke into tears and was hysterical. She was so upset that Taylor wasn't her friend so she went up to her room and got her Taylor barbie, T-shirt and CD's and said she was going to throw them all away! She was seriously loosing it! It took me 10 minutes to calm her down and finally figure out how to explain it all to get her to understand!!! Drama drama! I have a feeling there may be a lot of tears raising this one! Bless her heart!!

Such a big boy already

I can't believe my baby boy is a month old already! He is growing soooo fast it freaks me out!
He always rests his hand on his cheek its so sweet.
He isn't to much of a fan of taking a bath. Maybe if I just bathed him and didn't try to take a million pictures of him at the same time he would like it better.
Doesn't it crack you up when a baby tries to focus and goes cross eyed? I just had to take a picture! So funny!
Cooper finally starting to wake up and be more alert. He is still such a good baby. He started sleeping in his crib at 2 weeks old and sleeps at about 3 hours at a time, wakes up, eats, and then goes right back to bed. I think God knows that if he wasn't a good baby I would never have another one!

Here is what happens when you let the kids play with your camera

Easton took these pictures of me and Cooper and they actually turned out pretty good other than him chopping my head off but hey I do that too! Oh and I totally love the Hannah Montana movie and I totally gave myself Hannah bangs! I'm a nerd I know but Easton says they are cute so that's all that matters!
I found all of these pictures of the kids on the camera and it cracked me up!

Brighten wanted to participate in the reflections contest this year. The theme this year is Beauty is.... She took one of the roses that I got for my anniversary and held it up to the sun and took about 20 pictures and this one turned out so beautiful. We were so excited but after she took it to school she said, "Mom this one girl took a picture of a huge waterfall and it was all sparkly like diamonds and she's totally going to win so I'm so pissed!" LOL! We usually don't say pissed at our house so I couldn't help but laugh and then tell her she probably shouldn't say the word pissed anymore! She's a little to much like her mom sometimes!
Brighten wanted to cut her hair so I pushed aside the tears and let her. But she sure was excited about it and can't wait to show everyone at school. My little girl is growing up. I wonder how long she will think I'm cool enough to cut her hair?

Cooper Jay Wengreen :)

Here is our sweet little Cooper! He was born on September 2nd at 7:33pm. He weighed 8lbs 10 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. He is the smallest of all our babies. I pushed 4 times and he popped right out! I've always joked that if I had a 7lb baby I could shoot him clear across the room and I'm probably right! haha! It must be my big old birthing hips or something! Oh my heck we love this little guy so much already! He is a little angel baby!
I pushed this little guy out about 15 minutes before we took this picture and look how alert he is. Everything about the hospital was so amazing this time. I had the perfect nurse the perfect IV the perfect epidural and from then on it all went so well. I actually said, "this experience is heavenly" in the hospital. I know crazy right? I feel so blessed that it was such a great experience.
The kids were ecstatic to see him. It was so sweet to watch. I just cried. He has huge feet and this was Easton's reaction the first time he saw them. So cute!
It was crazy hair day at school so Brighten had these crazy braids in her hair for the pictures. She was worried that Grandma wouldn't be able to do her hair good for school.LOL! We lucked out and I was able to do the braids the night before so she wouldn't stress:) That's my little drama queen for ya!

Huge feet:)
My 3 little sweethearts
He is so tender with the baby. He really was obsessed with Cooper from the moment he saw him.

My handsome boys.
The best big sister in the whole world. She has been such a great helper. I'm loving this 5 year gap. It's soooooo much easier!

We missed our other kids so much. We couldn't wait for them to come to the hospital so we could all be together as a family. It was priceless.
Thanks grandma Joye for taking such good care of my kids while we were in the hospital. I didn't worry for a second (well besides the hair situation;) I don't know what I'd do without you.
Can I just say I absolutely loved being able to spend 2 whole days locked in a hospital room with my amazing husband. He made me laugh so much. We had the best talks and got to cuddle again in the most uncomfortable beds ever made. It was so nice to spend that much time together. He tasted my nasty hospital food and felt bad for me so he went to get me what ever my little heart desired! Thanks babe you're the best ever! He was playing with the bed when I was on it and raised me 5 feet in the air and the Doctor walked in right then. We were all laughing so hard.
I love this cute little outfit we took him home in.
This is like the first time he fussed the whole time in the hospital. He is seriously the best baby ever!
He loved being home too. It was so nice to get home and just be a family again.
So sleepy

Is that killer hair or what. He has total rock star hair.
Brighten took this picture of Cooper. It's one of my favorites. He looks so much like both of my other kids as newborns.
What a handsome baby boy.
Cooper absolutely loved his first sponge bath. He was out the whole time and totally relaxed.
Daddy is so good to help. I don't think I have ever changed one of my newborns diapers until a week later when Trav goes back to work. And he has given all of our kids their first baths. I am so spoiled.
Then we had to put him down and that made him cranky. Do my kids look in love or what?

All clean and baby fresh! Can't you just smell it? I love the smell of baby lotion.

Bubble time
Easton got to have his first bubble bath too. His skin has always been to bad to have bubbles but I put a tiny drop of shampoo in the jacuzzi tub and when I left he added a few like 5 or 10 more to the tub and then I heard him say " oops mom I think its to big" and this is what I found. His skin was fine so it looks like we will have lots more bubble baths in the future.
Cooper is about a week and a few days old in this picture. Easton was holding him and in the sweetest voice he looked up at me and said," I wish Cooper was green like hulk so we could save the day together." So sweet.
Brighten colored make up and earrings on herself with a purple marked while I was feeding the baby. Doesn't she look so beautiful? haha! Cooper looks so old in this picture. I don't want him to grow yet!
Pouty face:(
Happy face:)

We all thought we were going to die when daddy went back to work! We missed him like crazy!!!! I sent him about 10 picture messages that day! He couldn't wait to get home and hold his baby boy!
Well there is our little update. We are so happy to have this little boy in our home. It has been so amazing to see my kids with him and to feel the love he has brought into our home already! We feel so blessed! WE LOVE YOU COOPER!!!! I seriously want another one already!!

Swimming, sleepovers, school and sports!:)

We have a pool right behind our house and the kids have had so much fun swimming this summer! I cracked up when I saw them laying out soaking up some rays and I had to snap a picture! Kids are so funny!
We had Brighten's cute friend Stephanie come over and swim and get in some more play time before school started. Stephanie and Brighten met when we lived in Eagle Mtn. before we moved to Idaho when they were 3 and were instant best friends. They wrote to each other the whole time we lived in Idaho. It's been so fun seeing them be able to play together again.

SLEEPOVER AT GRANDPA AND GRANDMA WENGREEN'S
The kids got to have their first sleepover with cousin Claire! We are so glad to be back around family!!!
EASTON'S FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL
He woke right up and got dressed in his spiderman suit and said he was ready to go to school! Classic Easton!! He lives in those super hero suits!

He was happy to wear his cute new schools clothes too! I can't believe he's in school! I missed him sooooo much!

This is his darling teacher Mrs. Cranford. He loves her because she looks just like aunt JoJo:)

He had a wonderful first day! He seemed so much older when I picked him up from school. So I say preschool is definitely worth it! He drew this cute monkey on the first day! I love it so much! It makes me smile!
BRIGHTEN'S FIRST DAY OF FIRST GRADE:)
Let me just say the first week of school and 9 months pregnant don't mix!!!! I was a total mess! They just seem too little to be gone for 7 hours a day!! Longest 7 hours of my life!!! She loved 1st grade so much! She said that the corn dog that she had for lunch was AMAZING! haha!
She said," mom you can't dress me in these girlie school clothes anymore! I couldn't even climb the rock wall at recess in this silly skirt!" LOL!
Riding the bus is what freaks me out the most but she loves it. When she got home I asked her if she was worried about being able to find her bus to come home and she said,"Mom you are way more scared than me. I just walked out side and looked for my Dalmatian bus and it was right there. It was so easy!" When they pulled up to the bus stop they had the windows down and the bus driver was playing "we will rock you" by Queen. haha!

EASTON'S FIRST YEAR OF SOCCER
He loved his first soccer practice! Although we thought his head was going to pop off! He gets so over heated!! Poor kid!

He drank about 64 oz of water!!!
His first soccer game was hysterical to watch! They have no clue what to do at this age!

His team was pretty good. They were all like a head taller than the other team.

I had to put this picture on even if it's far away! I just love the look on Easton's face. The look of pure joy on a kids face. PRICELESS!

Grandpa and Grandma came so Easton really enjoyed taking his time outs to come and get hugs and high fives!
It was like one of the hottest days of the summer! But he made it through without over heating and passing out! hahaha!

What a big boy! We are so proud of you little man! You did awesome!

DADDY'S FIRST SOFTBALL GAME

We were so excited to go the ball park and see daddy play! I remember growing up at the ball parks as a kid! I love it so much! Here is Brighten watching her daddy! So sweet!

Kennedee and Brighten watching their daddy's play ball!

Daddy played so good! No pulled muscles, or knocked out teeth yet!
I made this cute baseball quilt for Travis in High school when he was playing for the High School team and now our sweet little kids are cuddled up in it 12 years later! CRAZY!!!
Aunt Kali came to watch her big bro! Brighten adores her!
Trav gets to play with his dad and one of his best friends from high school this year! So much fun! They all had skills! Even though they all say there bodies don't move quite like they used too!!!

Travis and Taylor playing 1st and 2nd base! Oh so cute!
They finished there games at 10pm so the kids were burnt out!! Poor Easton, I hate when they fall asleep like that! The games were after his first day of school so he had a long day!:)

*Finally riding a bike and Alpine Days fun*

When we bought Brighten her razor she wouldn't give her bike a second thought. She completely lost any interest in her bike. We've tried to get her to learn how to ride without training wheels and she had no desire to learn. We thought she would never learn. So I saw on my friends blog that they had their daughter Kennadee try on a small bike to give her confidence and then she moved to her big bike. We gave it a try and that was the trick.
Daddy gave her a little push and she was off!
She learned after about 10 minutes of trying! Yeah Brighten!!!
She learned at grandma and grandpas right before the alpine days parade so we let her ride her bike from their house to where we were sitting. She said, "to bad I didn't learn this yesterday or I could have rode in the parade."
The second we got home she tried it on her big bike and was just fine! Thanks for the trick Taylor and Crystal:)
Easton isn't up for learning right now. He would rather rip off his shirt and pretend to be hulk all day!
We went to the KIDS RODEO on Friday night. The kids got to try to catch pigs and chickens.

They were so excited! But when they got out to the arena there were about 500 kids all chasing 5 pigs!!! I had a panic attack thinking my kids were going to get trampled!! So I don't recommend it! It was lame!!
Brighten totally watched out for her brother. See them in the middle of this picture holding hands. Oh so cute! They are such good friends.

The best part was these yummy shaved ice treats that grandma got them. Those look like happy kids to me!
It was fun to be up in the alpine mountains at the rodeo grounds. It brought back tons of great memories. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place.
ALPINE DAYS PARADE
There is your baby bump picture. I'm so not into taking one by myself so this will have to do. Just three more weeks! I'm scheduled to be induced on the 3rd if I haven't had him before then. ANYWAYS......
This is the bishop in our old home ward. We got a kick out of him with his tattoo and smokes in his sleeves at the parade.

Watching the parade with Grandpa Lee and Grandma Joye. We love you!! Were so glad to be back to go to Alpine Days with you!!!

Here is what we have been up to the last 4 months

We sold our house in Idaho and moved out to Utah in April. We lived with my parents for 3 months and finally found a house after months of searching and moved in the last week of June. We love it soooooo much and are so happy to be back! We live in the Highlands subdivision of the Ranches in Eagle Mtn. We lived in Eagle Mtn. before we moved to Idaho and loved it then too so we are so excited we found a place out here again.

Those are the only rooms I have decorated right now so there you go. That's are new home:)
EASTON'S COOL CAST
The night before our move Easton jumped down the stairs and broke his third toe! Perfect timing:)

The kids loved living with their grandparents! It was like Disneyland for them, not so much for us! Thanks mom and dad for everything! We love you, you're the best! Here are some fun pictures of them playing at Grandma's and Grandpa's.

They loved catching snakes. I know crazy! Grandpa finds about 10 in his yard every summer. I know, it freaks me out and I hate them!!
Easton loved playing around in all of Grandpa Lees cool guy stuff!

Helping grandpa fix the roof was sooooo cool dude!

Brighten and Grandma Joye are best friends! Grandma made brighten an apron like hers so they could match when they cook together. Is that a sweet picture or what? She is such a great grandma! They love her so much!

THE ZOO WITH AUNT JOJO AND MAX:)

SPENDING THE DAY UP AT AUNT LISA'S What a blast!

We got to go to their private lake and catch frogs! It was so much fun! We took so many pictures but these were the only ones I had on my camera
We all rode the 4 wheelers to the lake. I didn't even pee my pants! I was so proud!
Oh look at my handsome boys:Brighten absolutely loved the horse rides. She couldn't get enough!
I thought Easton would be to scared but he hoped right on. I realized I was the one that was scared:)
Brighten was almost having as much fun as Josie! haha!

Easton didn't want to stop shooting. That was his favorite! Thanks for a great time Aunt Lisa and Kris. We love you guys!

TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT
Lisa surprised Brighten and bought her Taylor Swift tickets. She was one happy girl!

She got so spoiled all night. She picked Olive Garden for dinner. When Lisa asked her if she wanted a shirt she said oh no that's fine I've gotten so many things already. Lisa bolted to the t-shirt stand and bought one that second! She is the sweetest kid ever!

She had so much fun but about half way through the concert she leaned into me and said, "mom this is way fun but I think it's past my bed time!"

PICNIC UP AF CANYON

Brighten helped dad with the fire. Easton just wanted to eat bean dip!

This is my favorite pictures ever. Look at their faces. They decided they liked lighting the marshmallows on fire better than eating them!
Silly daddy!

STRAWBERRY DAYS kind of got rained out this year but it was still fun!

THE 4th OF JULY IN OAKLEY

Love this picture!

Uncle Boyd made this darling float for Lisa and Kris for Kris's new business she just opend and the kids got to come ride on it. They had such a fun time.

This is the car I'm going to drive to a Poison concert someday! How hot is that! LOL!

THANKSGIVING POINT WITH GRANDMA JOYE

Could he be any cuter?

So there you have it! Wow that took way to long! Oh crap I promised a baby bump picture. That will have to come next time! Enjoy the last few weeks of summer! Ta ta

Oh yeah here is my little cutie. She has lost 4 teeth in the last few weeks! What a happy girl! I love her so much!
